Here and There
The pictures seen below were taken of the family either when Steve & Family came to San Diego for a visit in May 2002, when we went to Seattle in the fall of 2002 or when Frank came down to San Diego in the spring of 2003.

The first four pictures were taken when Steve, Cathy, Mitchell and Thomas visited us in San Diego. We did some of the usual tourist sites such as LegoLand and Sea World together and then they did the beach routine. What you see is the LegoLand adventure.

In the fall of 2002 Dru and Dave headed to the great northwest. We stopped to see friends en route and then spent three days with Frank, Paul, Steve, Cathy, Mitchell and Thomas. Frank, Paul & Steve joined us is seeing some of the sites of Seattle. After a one week excursion to Victoria, BC, we returned for two more days of family time with the whole gang. The first two pictures were taken aboard a Soviet submarine which is now on display in the Seattle harbor. The third picture was at Steve and Cathy's house while the fourth was taken on a drive up into the Cascade Mountains.

Then in the spring of 2003 Frank got the impulse to head south to San Diego. The next two pictures were taken during that visit. The first is of Dru and Frank at the Cabrillo National Park on Pt. Loma. The second is of them on the grounds of the mission in Old Town San Diego.
